Note: I have no affiliation with naukrigulf.

  5. Dear Deepak,
    Good day,
I was on visit visa to uae, I got an employment offer I have signed the contract with the company, HR said the employment visa will be issued within 15 days of exit from uae. It has been almost 3 months I haven’t got my employment visa. I call company PRO and HR every week, they say “it’s in process”. They never reply for the mail. I have submitted my attested bachelor degree certificate copy, photographs and my passport copy. My question is, can I accept offer for employment from another company? Will there be any ban on me if both the companies are applying for my visa or immigration?
Thank you in advance, waiting for your kind advice and suggestion.

    1. Noman,
WIth such delay, I don’t think you should wait for their response..
You should inform them that you have another offer and that you would like to move on.
If they have applied for your labour approval, it will not take such a long time, unless the company is in some kind of trouble with MOL.
If your application is under process at MOL, you will not be able to apply for another approval.
Labour ban may be applicable if it is under process.

    1. Syed,
Why do you say so? You can’t just type something. You must justify your comments.

    1. Hi. One of the easiest ways to apply for jobs in the UAE is to use reliable online job portals like naukrigulf.com. You can easily find several job vacancies and the process to apply for them.
