Arabic Numbers – How to say?
Many times i come across vendors in UAE using Arabic numbers to say the price of items. Although I understand few of the numbers, most of the time I was not sure of what they would say! I thought it important to let you know how to say Arabic Numbers. It may sometime be important while conversing that you require certain numbers in Arabic.
Below is the list of numbers in Arabic:

Hello Deepak, a quick question: isn’t basic Arabic different than Emirati Arabic? I can learn formal Arabic all I want, but isn’t it possible that I won’t have a clue what Emiratis are actually saying (although they can understand me speaking formal Arabic)?

Like in most of the languages, they have different dialects. An Emirati speaking Arabic may be different from how an Egyptian or a Jordanian.
Even in English, there are different ways and styles of speaking.
Your point is completely valid. You may not understand what an Emirati speaks but he/she may completely comprehend you speaking Arabic.
