Wafi Rewards is a loyalty program that rewards loyal shoppers and diners at Wafi City with some awesome perks. To join, just visit to any customer service desk in Wafi City and get your free Rewards card on the spot.

Now, whenever you spend money at Khan Murjan Souk, Wafi City, Wafi Restaurants, or Wafi Health Club & Spa, you start earning points. You can redeem them at Wafi City’s cafes, restaurants, or Cleopatra’s Spa, plus you get attractive discounts at various stores.

When you’re ready to settle the bill, simply show your Wafi City Rewards card and provide your unique PIN number. Then, you can choose to pay for your meal or spa visit in full or use your points to cover part of the bill. It’s a fantastic way to treat yourself without spending all your cash!

When you shop or dine, you get one point for every dirham you spend, up to a limit of 500,000 dirhams per purchase. You can then turn these points into dirham discounts, so it’s like saving money. Just remember, your points last for one year from the date of purchase on your receipt.

But that’s not all! You also get extra points for how often you visit Wafi City. The more you come, the more points you rack up. If you make 1 to 10 visits in a month, you get 50 points for each visit.

For 11 to 20 visits, it’s 75 points each. And if you really love Wafi City and visit 21 to 50 times, you get 100 to 150 points for each visit. To get these frequency Points, just make sure you spend at least 100 AED each time you visit.

When you’ve done some shopping or dining, simply show your receipts at one of the customer service desks around Wafi City. There will add up your points and even send you an SMS to confirm the transaction. It’s a fun way to enjoy your time at Wafi City and get some extra treats along the way!

Joining and Program Changes:

• To join Wafi Rewards, you must be 18 or older.
• You can only have one membership account in your name.
• The program doesn’t have a set end date and will continue until WAFI decides otherwise.

• Discounts for dining apply when eating in, for groups up to eight people.
• Discounts are for the à la carte menu only, not group reservations or banquets.
• Discounts can’t be used when redeeming points on the same day at the same outlet.

Cancelled and Returned Purchases:

• If you return purchased items with earned points, WAFI can deduct those points.
• Points are only awarded for actual purchases.
• No points for canceled orders or when members fail to meet obligations.

Points Expiry:

• Points expire 12 months from the receipt date.
• WAFI won’t necessarily notify you of expiring points, so keep track yourself.

Points:

• Points aren’t convertible to cash.
• Collect points within 30 days of purchase.
• Use the original purchase receipt from WAFI outlets to earn points.
• Points can’t be exchanged or transferred.
• The maximum points on a single receipt are 500,000.
• Points can’t be collected from special events or non-regular mall tenants.
