As per the UAE Labour Law it is always important that you need to clearly state in the resignation letter that you are serving notice period. If your are resigning without serving the notice period your employer has the right to terminate the employment agreement.
If you are planning to withdraw your resignations , it needs to be discussed and approved by your employer. Hence, before submitting your resignation to your employer, you should carefully evaluate you reasons behind the resignation and must include that reason in your resignation.
If your employer refuses to accept your retraction, then you will be legally obliged to work your notice and then leave.
