Emaar Retail is holding their recruitment open day on 24th and 25th of February 2012. Below are the details:

Emaar Retail LLC is holding a Recruitment Open Day accepting applications for the role of Customer Service Associates to join our leisure attractions located in both The Dubai Mall and Dubai Marina Mall.

You are welcome to recommend any family members, friends or acquaintances to apply by attending in person with an updated CV and a passport size photograph.

Interested candidates should meet the requirements mentioned below:

•        Minimum education at secondary school or equivalent level.

•        2-3 years work experience in a similar customer service role will be preferred. Candidates without prior experience will also be considered.

•        Fluency in English is compulsory. Knowledge of Arabic will be an advantage.

•        Pleasant, warm, approachable and enthusiastic personality.

•        A professional manner and the ability to a demonstrate continuous  commitment to providing excellent  customer service.

•        Ability to demonstrate to excellent problem solving skills and effectively resolve customer issues/ complaints.

•        Ability to interact with children and guide them on various activities.
