Once you meet above criteria, you can follow these steps to withdraw money from an ATM without a card:

1. Open your bank’s mobile app or the designated app and log in to your online banking account.
2. Select the cardless cash withdrawal service and choose the amount you want to withdraw. You may also have the option to transfer the money to someone else.
3. A One-Time Password (OTP) will be sent to your mobile number. If you’re transferring money to someone else, you can enter their mobile number, and the OTP will be sent to them.
4. Find the nearest ATM of your bank. Once you’re there, choose the “cardless cash withdrawal” option from the ATM menu.
5. Enter the OTP number you received from the bank.
6. The ATM machine will dispense the cash according to the amount you selected in Step 2.
