- Locate the area where the damage occurred on the map.
- Enter the date when the damage happened.
- Provide your car’s plate number, plate source, category, and code.
- Enter your email address.
- Specify ‘motor insurance’ as the purpose.
- Describe the damage briefly in a few words.
- Upload pictures showing the vehicle damage. The file format should be PDF, gif, jpg, jpeg, or png.
- After completing the application, pay the service fee for the certificate and submit the request.
- You’ll receive a transaction number via SMS and email, which you can use to track the status of your certificate.
