UAE Labour Law 2011

Many of us have been wondering about the UAE Labour Law.

The Labour Law exists to protect the interest of both employers as well as employees. Any Labour Law is not a complete document in a sense that it evolves with time and economic conditions. And hence, we need to keep track of the developments in the market. Specifically in the UAE, the Labour Law keeps changing rapidly with the times and changes in the job market and economic conditions in the economy.

The UAE Labour Law governs all the companies under the purview of the Ministry of Labour-UAE.
