Share Rewards Programs are like a loyalty program you can join, and they have lots of great offers for you.

If you join SHARE, you can collect points by shopping, eating out, and having fun. When you have enough points, you can use them to pay for your purchases.

As a SHARE member, you’ll also get special deals, discounts, and chances to enter contests regularly. You can even share these opportunities with others.

Here’s how you can become an Share Rewards member:

To join the SHARE rewards program, you need to be at least 10 years old.

You can only have one individual SHARE account registered with your name, email, and phone number. However, you can create a separate SHARE Family Group with up to 9 members.

To register with SHARE, you only need to provide your name, email, date of birth, and phone number.

You’ll need a compatible smartphone to join the SHARE program. The SHARE app should work on most new devices, and they are working on making it available on more phone models.

• Download the SHARE app from Google Play or the Apple Store.
• After you’ve got the app, make sure to sign up, confirm your email, and log in to enjoy all the benefits.
• If you’re already using VOX Cinemas, you can use your VOX username and password to log into the SHARE app.

You can be a member of both SHARE and MyCLUB, and you can even link your SHARE and MyCLUB accounts to easily move points between them. To link your accounts, log into the SHARE app, go to ‘Account,’ and click the ‘Transfer to MyCLUB’ option.

No physical card is needed for our program. The SHARE app on your phone gives you access to all your benefits, offers, and account information.

If you want to cancel your membership, you can call the SHARE Team at 800-SHARE (74273). They are available 7 days a week, from 9 am to 10 pm Sundays to Thursdays, and from 9 am until midnight on Fridays and Saturdays.

To reset your password, use the ‘Forgot Password?’ option in the SHARE app. You’ll receive an email to help you reset your password. Remember to check your Junk/Spam folder if you can’t find the email.

To find your SHARE ID, log into the SHARE app, click on the SHARE Logo, and select ‘SHARE ID.’

If you need to change the email address on your profile, contact the SHARE Team at 800-SHARE (74273).

2. Carrefour: This is your shopping spot for groceries and more.
3. Lifestyle Brands: This is where you can find cool stuff like LEGO, Crate & Barrel, CB2, THAT, AllSaints, and Lululemon.
4. Shopping Malls: It’s where you can shop and dine in our 17 malls across the UAE.
5. Hotel Restaurants: This is where you can enjoy a good meal in our hotels.

How to Earn Points in Leisure and Entertainment

• At VOX Cinemas, just show your SHARE ID or use your SHARE credentials in the VOX app.
• For Ski Dubai, Magic Planet, and Little Explorers, it’s all about scanning receipts on the SHARE app.
• For Dreamscape, use the SHARE app to scan your receipt.

How to Earn Points in Carrefour

• When you shop at Carrefour stores, show your SHARE ID at the cashier.
• For online shopping, just log in with your SHARE credentials.

How to Earn Points in Shopping Malls:

• You can earn points when you shop and dine in our malls.
• Scan your receipts on the SHARE app in most stores and restaurants in our malls.

How to Earn Points in Hotel Restaurants:

When you dine in our hotels, you can earn 1% back in SHARE Points by submitting your receipts through the SHARE app.

How to Earn Points in Lifestyle Brands:

At our lifestyle brands like LEGO, Crate and Barrel, CB2, AllSaints, Lululemon, and THAT, you can earn and redeem points for your shopping both in-store and online.

• Just scan your SHARE ID when you make a purchase.

SHARE points are like a special kind of money you can earn and use at certain places. You get these points when you shop at specific stores or eat at restaurants in shopping malls owned by Majid Al Futtaim. You can also earn points by scanning your SHARE ID at certain places or by scanning your shopping mall receipts using the SHARE app.

Here’s how you earn points:

1. Shopping at the malls: You get 2.5 points for every AED 100 you spend.
2. Shopping at Majid Al Futtaim brands: You can earn from 2.5 to 150 points for every AED 100 you spend, depending on the brand.
3. Some brands give you an extra 7.5 points for every AED 100 you spend.

Your points will expire after 24 months if you don’t use them.

You can’t buy more points, but you can share them with other people in your SHARE Family Group.

To check your points, log into the SHARE app and go to ‘Account.’ If you shop at VOX Cinemas, you need to log in before buying tickets to earn points there.

You can use a shopping mall gift card to make purchases and earn points, but you won’t earn points when you buy the gift card itself.

If you pay with your SHARE points, you won’t earn more points. But if you pay with a mix of cash and points, you’ll earn points on the cash part.

To earn points, you need to submit clear images of your receipts in the SHARE app. You can’t submit Carrefour or VOX Cinemas receipts.

You have 14 days from the date of purchase to submit your receipts and earn points. If your receipt is declined, you’ll get a reason why. Make sure your receipt images are clear and include your credit card slip when possible. Also, you can’t submit Carrefour or VOX Cinemas receipts.

Once you’ve collected enough points, it’s time to redeem them:

1. You can use your points to get discount on your next purchase.
2. Some programs give you free things once you’ve gathered enough points.

How to Redeem Points in Hotel

• When you dine in our hotels, you can earn 1% back in SHARE Points by submitting your receipts through the SHARE app.

• Tell the cashier you want to use points or a mix of cash and points, and scan your SHARE ID.

To use your SHARE points and Wallet, you can do it like this:

At certain places like AllSaints, Carrefour, LEGO, and more, you can scan your SHARE ID to pay with your points. Just tell the cashier you want to use your SHARE points and Wallet, and then, after they give the OK, open the SHARE app, click on the SHARE Logo, and choose ‘SHARE Wallet.’

So, you can either spend your points directly at specific places or turn them into a mall gift card to use all around the mall. It’s your choice!

What are SHARE offers?

SHARE gives you four ways to use your SHARE Points.

• You can use them instantly at certain stores that accept the SHARE Wallet.
• You can turn your points into a mall gift card to use in other stores.
• If you want to use points for movie tickets at VOX Cinemas, you can do it online or show your SHARE ID when you buy them.
• If you plan to spend points at Carrefour, link your SHARE and MyCLUB accounts and move points to MyCLUB.

Earning and using points instantly:

You can earn and use points right away by using the SHARE Wallet at certain stores and brands, like Majid Al Futtaim. You can also use points right away at VOX Cinemas or when you move points between SHARE and your Carrefour MyCLUB account.

To use points, you need at least 10 SHARE points, which is like 1 AED. But you can also mix points with your SHARE Wallet, cash, or a credit card to pay.

You can use some points and pay the rest with your SHARE Wallet, cash, or a credit card. Just tell the cashier how you want to split the payment. You can’t turn your SHARE points into cash. If you return something you bought, the points you earned from that purchase will be taken away.

You can only use points you earned or that were given to you by a member of your SHARE Family Group. If you’re the head of a Family Group, you can also use points contributed by your group members.

Exclusive Member Benefits:

As a SHARE member, you get special benefits through partnerships. One of these partnerships is with Etihad Guest. You can change Etihad Guest Miles into SHARE points, or SHARE points into Etihad Guest miles. This means you can use your points for flights and upgrades.

SHARE and Etihad Guest have joined forces to make your benefits even better. You can move your SHARE points to Etihad Guest Miles and use them for flying. You can also turn your Etihad Guest Miles into SHARE points to use for shopping in our malls and stores.

Connecting your accounts is easy. First, make sure you have a membership with both Etihad Guest and SHARE. Then, open the SHARE app, go to ‘Account’ at the bottom, and click ‘Etihad Guest Transfer.’

For every 5 Etihad Guest Miles, you’ll get 1 SHARE point. You can change a minimum of 5,000 miles, and it has to be in multiples of 500 (like 500, 1,000, 1,500, and so on). To do this, log into your Etihad Guest account and follow the simple instructions to link and transfer to SHARE.

For every 1 SHARE point, you get 1.5 Etihad Guest Miles. You can change a minimum of 500 points, and it must be in multiples of 100 (like 500, 600, 700, and so on). To make this happen, log into SHARE, click on ‘Account,’ and then click ‘Etihad Guest Transfer.’

FAB SHARE Credit Cards

FAB SHARE Credit Cards are special cards that help you earn extra SHARE points when you use them for shopping. There are three types:

1. FAB SHARE Signature Credit Card:
   • No annual fee for the first year
   • Get 30,000 welcome bonus SHARE points when you start using the card
   • Earn extra SHARE points at places like Carrefour, VOX Cinemas, and more
   • Access airport lounges worldwide
   • You need a minimum salary of AED 30,000 to get this card.
2. FAB SHARE Platinum Credit Card:

   • Get up to AED 1,000 cashback in SHARE Points as a welcome bonus
   • Earn extra SHARE points at places like Carrefour, VOX Cinemas, and more
   • 2-for-1 cinema tickets at VOX Cinemas
   • You need a minimum salary of AED 10,000 to get this card.
3. FAB SHARE Standard Credit Card:
   • Earn extra SHARE points at places like Carrefour, VOX Cinemas, and more
   • 2-for-1 movie tickets at VOX Cinemas
   • You need a minimum salary of AED 5,000 to get this card.

SHARE FAMILY GROUP

SHARE allows you to create a Family Group where you, as the Family Head, can invite up to 9 members who are over 10 years old to join.

Each member can choose how to allocate their earned points between their individual account and the Family Head’s account, enhancing the collective point earning. Family members can also gift points to one another.

You can only be part of one SHARE Family Group, and it doesn’t affect your individual SHARE account. To leave a Family Group, log into the SHARE app, navigate to ‘Account,’ click on ‘Family,’ and choose ‘Leave Family Group’ (after a minimum 6-month membership period).

The support center is open for you 7 days a week. They’re open from 9 am to 10 pm on Sundays to Thursdays and from 9 am to midnight on Fridays and Saturdays. You can reach them at 800-SHARE (74273).
