Shocking! I know the site has a very good administration team who screen all the ads. But somehow, this ad seeped through.
Of course, now the posting on Dubizzle has been removed and you are shown a not found page. I, however have managed to get a cached copy of the page.

The speculation by the news websites with regard to the flourishing black market for such illegal transaction is too far a shot. I believe there are other means to achieve that and not an online forum.
Funny thing is, the person who posted the ad has mentioned that the kidney is in original packing and there are no noticeable flaws! Dude, come on!
