Based on the condition where your employer executes the ban for terminating of probation period, it would be legally responsible to reimburse the employer up to half remuneration of the employee for three months of time duration. However, if the employer has eradicated the probation period, he’ll be responsible to pay to the employee for remuneration period of three months or more.

    Your help is needed on one of the case. I have been offered a job in UAE( first time ) with a 3 year limited contract. Please read below:

    Contact and Notice Period: This is a 3-year limited contract. This contract of employment can be terminated by both parties(employer and employee) on submission of written notice. Termination before completion of your probation period can be terminated by both parties(employer and employer) as per Article 116 and Article 119 of the UAE Labor Law.
    The notice period shall be as follows:
    1) One Month: if the employee has been employed for less than 6 months.
    2) Two Months: if the employee has been employed for more than 6 months and within 1 year.
    3) Three Months: if the employee has been employed for more than 1 year.

    Non-Compete Agreement: Upon the termination of this contract, you cannot join a competitive organisation for a period of two years.
