I am in six months probation period, my manager told me to look for some other job if you get job i will cancel your visa and he has given one month time.
My question is if i terminate with in the probation period do i applicable for ban or not. If applicable how many ban is it and if they terminate me after probation period how many months ban is it.

ban is applicable. But since you are being terminated, get NOC and termination letter with you.
